You receive free credits when you first sign up. For subscription users, credits are distributed once per month: monthly plans grant credits when the invoice is paid, and annual plans grant credits once per calendar month (typically at the first distribution run at the start of the month).
Your dashboard provides comprehensive usage tracking including current credit balance, detailed transaction history, and usage statistics. You can monitor exactly how many credits you've used and when, helping you manage your music generation workflow efficiently.
Subscription credits reset at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. However, one-time purchased credits never expire and can be used at any time.
You have two options: wait for your subscription credits to reset with the next billing cycle, or purchase additional one-time credits through your account dashboard.
Certainly! You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you can continue using any remaining credits during that period.
You can make payments on FastImage with complete peace of mind. The platform uses our trusted payment system with bank-level security. Additionally, FastImage cannot access any of your payment information, as all payment data is directly encrypted and processed by the payment platform.
We may adjust pricing based on operational costs and market conditions. However, any price changes will be communicated in advance, and existing subscriptions will always be honored at their original value. We're committed to maintaining fair and transparent pricing.
