The Service

FastImage provides AI-assisted image generation and image editing tools, including text-to-image and image-to-image workflows. The Service may change over time.

Accounts

Most features require an account.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account is compromised or used in violation of these Terms.

Credits, pricing, and payments

FastImage may use a credit system for image generation/editing.

• Credits and consumption: each generation/edit may consume credits based on the selected tool/model/quality.
• Plans and purchases: credits may be granted through subscriptions, one-time purchases, or promotions.
• Expiration: some credits may expire as described on the pricing page or at checkout.
• Payments: payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.
• Refunds: unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits are delivered or consumed.

Your content and permissions

You retain rights to the images and text you upload (“User Content”). To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display your User Content solely for providing and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your User Content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the Service (including scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing limits).

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts to enforce these rules.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, AI processing, storage/CDN, analytics, email, and payments). Their terms and privacy practices may apply to those services.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastImage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described above, and may retain certain information as required for legal, security, or billing purposes.
